DAY OF COORDINATION PLANNING PACKAGE

If you have spent time planning the details of your wedding and need someone to ensure those plans come together on your special day, this package is for you! Your wedding day should be about relaxing and enjoying the day, not about answering vendors' questions, setting up decorations, and stressing over the details. On your wedding day, we will be there from start to finish to ensure your magical day goes smoothly and is stress-free.

Included in this package:

  • In person meeting or venue walk through(4-6 weeks out from your wedding day)

  • Wedding day timeline creation

  • Up to 10 hours of onsite coordination on your wedding day(we can always discuss adding more hours if needed)

  • Manage vendor arrivals and setup

  • Critical attention to detail

  • I will be the main contact on your wedding day for vendors and guests with questions, comments, and concerns

  • Unlimited email communication 8 weeks out from your wedding day

  • Decoration set up OR tear down of the ceremony and reception space, if needed

  • Execute your plans and ideas to make your special day just as you imagine

If desired, I also offer a 1-hour rehearsal dinner coordination for $125. That would include helping with the bridesmaids/groomsmen line-up, timing for the ceremony, and making sure everything is in order for your wedding day.

This package includes coordinating with vendors, selecting decorations, offering advice, and overseeing every detail of the wedding day and planning process. On your wedding day, we will be there from start to finish to ensure your day goes smoothly and is stress-free.

Are you looking for someone to set up and tear down your wedding decorations, florals, signage, etc., but do not need any planning services? If so, this package is for you!

Whether you are looking to add a couple of extra services to your package or you don't need a complete package and want a little extra help for your big day, these à la carte services are for you! Each service is priced individually.
